Animal Biodiversity

Animal Biodiversity activities for early childhood

"Our task must be to free ourselves... by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty." Albert Einstein.
The term biodiversity comes from ‘biological diversity'.
Biodiversity can be described as the variety of plants and animals and the
places they live.
Biodiversity is the foundation of healthy ecosystems upon which all life depends.

The photograph collage, above, is in the public commons meaning we can copy it and use it:
  • as a poster
  • as a book
  • as a memory card game by printing 2 and cutting 1 into cards
Any other suggestions for use of the poster?
